Outcome:

Keith did not come to me for his ADHD, which was a childhood diagnosis. He wanted help with all his other symptoms. Keith was put on a custom nutrition plan. He was put on EFA, B complex, chlorophyll, organic minerals, and strauss heart drops. We began his sessions with biofeedback at his request. Following the 1st session he was very relaxed and his tremors were alleviated. Session 2 he reported he didn’t have a panic attack that week. He still drank so we agreed for him to join a support group. Session 5 he said during the week his heart started palpitating, but it quickly went away. Heart palpitations are usually the start of his panic attack. Session 6 Keith feels like he’s maintaining the progress he’s made and he would like to try neurotherapy.

Session 1 of neurotherapy he felt more alert “like a breath of fresh air,” he said. Session 2 during the session he developed tension in his right shoulder blade then it faded by the end of the session. By session 9 Keith is reporting he sleeps more deeply and feels rested when he wakes up. He feels more self assured and had begun a new relationship. Session 13 Keith wanted to stop training because he felt his results had topped off. I encouraged him to complete the 20 sessions he signed up for and we could begin Alpha-Theta training next session so he could have a deeper experience and perhaps have some resolution with his binge drinking.

During the Alpha-Theta sessions Keith experienced resolution with his mother’s suicide. At the end of the session he didn’t want to talk. With tears in his eyes he smiled and said, “I saw my mother. Thank you.” The next visit before the session started he told me what had happened the previous session. He had blamed himself for his mother’s suicide. Now he was released. He appeared to be different, softer in some way. He said for this last session he wanted to see God like other people report during the Alpha-Theta. So we set that intention as he went into session. Keith did not get his vision of God, but he did receive a visitation from the Arc Angel Gabriel. He was pleased with that.

Keith is doing well in his relationship, and he is still able to have an occasional drink without overdoing it. The real shift seemed to have come when he had the visitation from his deceased mother. He was released from the guilt and therefore didn’t have to cover up the pain with drinking.
