About Our Fees
Appointments can be scheduled at a time suitable to meet your busy schedule. Please be sure to arrive on time. The number and frequency of sessions can range from 1-4 times per month. Due to our busy schedules and out of respect for other clients a 24 hour notice is required if there is a need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. There will be no refund or credit made less than 24 hours prior to a scheduled session.

Holistic health coaching is designed to organize one’s health, life balance and emotions by identifying stressor and setting goals toward positive change. Positively for those whose seek help with direction in health and lifestyles change. The session consists of analyzing current maladaptive behavior and the need(s) the behavior is fulfilling. Followed by setting goals to counteract such behavior(s) in order to create a happier, more fulfilling life. This includes our specialties: Anti Aging Coaching, Spiritual Life Coaching and Optimal Wellness & Weight Loss Coaching. Price ranges from $159/month to $427/month.
